They ran into an issue with the requested service but didn't inform me until my vehicle was "ready" - in quotes because the requested service was not performed. They also scraped the finish off about a quarter of the circumference of my new steel wheel when mounting the tire on it, so now that area is rusting as it was reduced to bare metal.
