People are nice, but this service, like all non emergency transportation, is so overpriced, and takes advantage of patients, especially seniors. Most insurance does not cover this cost so it's out of pocket.

Best company to call when needed for transport. Very nice people to be around very helpful and willing to do more if they have to or need!!!!

1 is not even a low enough 🌟for them. Call them around 4:30 pm to pick up person for transport did not arrive 7:33 pm to get them. Never have people to appiontments on time. Comes early when they need to come later and late when they need to come early. Some female works make people walk when they are order by Dr. not to just because they don't want to do their job and lift them.
