In 2021 Berthiaume placed an order for MrCool DIY Mini Split, took the time to help us know exactly what we needed to order, even though we were out of state. Fast forward to 2026, the blower motor on one of the units is making a high pitched noise. Once again, Berthiaume sales was very helpful ordering the part. Very professional & quick to respond.
