Unfortunately, her follow-through has been virtually nonexistent. We had established plans based on our communication, but the lack of respect for other people’s time has been disappointing. Because of this experience, we will not be choosing to work with her in the future, as we do not feel our time was valued or appreciated.
Bertha was amazing from start to finish with ensuring our property sold within a week of getting posted. We couldn't have been happier with the experience and are more than happy to recommend her any chance we get.
