Since my last incident, Berthas had made me whole. Twice in less than a week, he has communicated with Auto Zone for the warranty on my battery and then turned around today. My car died again, and he got here to diagnose and fix my car. I am grateful! I was worried about getting my child with special needs to his weekly theraphy appts. He came to me at Walgreens the 1st time and came to my home to fix my truck just today within 2 hours.I cant express how grateful I am that he was willing to fix my car after our last issue. Work was good and the price was good
Fantastic service, He installed a couple parts I brought to him on my car on short notice. He got the job done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend for anyone in need of quality auto work
The short of it. He does work on good work. However, when it comes to getting proper receipts, he lacks in that area horribly. Also if you get him to purchase your parts, he will NOT give you the receipt in the event you need to exchange for warranty you have to contact him and he will return, the part for warranty ( in that case contact az corporate office for help or consult legal council for your recipts)which is unprofessional.
