Fast and friendly service.
Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. My partner and I filed our single, business, and personal taxes all on the same day. Here’s what happened: 1. They rescheduled my appointment twice before I was even seen. 2. After filing, the IRS showed no record of our returns being submitted. When I called, I was told they had been filed, but my partner later called and was told there was a “discrepancy” that required resubmission. I've been waiting now for 3 plus months just tried calling them and all it says is this person is not receiving calls I already paid her, she only had 2 questions for me I had an appointment went there from long Beach for me to get a she's not coming in today, this is by far very unprofessional
