Terrible slimy policies. They force you to sign an arbitration agreement giving up your right to bring them to court and they add warranties on under the table even if you specifically say you don’t want any. I saw the car before it was cleaned and supposedly they added Zurich paint protection. But I received the car with sap still on the car, the entire interior dusty, the steering wheel stained. After researching and "shopping" online, I purchased a new Outback here in Sep 2025. The online communication and follow-up were timely and professional. In person, salesman Johnathan was thorough, patient, friendly, and fair. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable. I have since returned to this dealership for routine service, despite living two hours away in Upstate NY. I recently called the service department to ask questions about an insurance claim. The gentleman I spoke with was very rude. Unknowledgeable and disrespectful. their cars are overpriced as well as their services.. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
