After Balise Subaru was rude and couldn’t give me the time of day I called Bertera Subaru for a problem with my head unit. Alba was very quick with getting me in and diagnosing the problem. The part came in in less than a week and was able to get me in next day. At this location they are very helpful and they have great customer service. I didn’t feel like I was a bother to them at all unlike Balise. Thank you Alba and rest of team. I’ll be coming back here for all other maintenance on my Outback!
I have to say the sales person did an amazing job but, the center it’s self disappointed me with how they handled scheduling. I had an appointment to complete paper work for the loan and the car at 5:00pm. I got told to arrive earlier which I did. I wasn’t seen till 5:50pm and since they closed at 6:00 I felt rushed. I did not like the person who was working with me through the loan process she was so rushed to get out of their that exactly when everything was signed we walked out of the office and she left immediately. In July I checked out the Forester at Bertera Subaru in West Springfield, MA. Alex did an excellent job of showing me all the features of the Forester and we took a test drive. I also met with Rich and he went over the best choices that matched what I was most interested in. In the end I decided not to buy the Forester. My decision was based on my sense that the Forester was not for right me and not on my interactions with the dealership. I would go back to them. I had a positive interaction at the dealership.
