This is the second Subaru that I have leased through Bertera Subaru. I came in today with lots of questions and not really knowing what I was doing, and left with a brand new 2026 forester. Keith Goldsmith was an excellent help. He was kind, listened to all of my questions and put up with my frustrated 9 year old who was tired of being stuck in a dealership. I had a disappointing experience at West Springfield Subaru. The sales staff was very pushy, and I felt pressured instead of supported throughout the process. They also took a refundable deposit, but when I decided not to move forward, they made getting it back unnecessarily difficult by avoiding my calls and texts. I eventually received my refund, but the overall experience left a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
Although I ultimately purchased my WRX elsewhere, Bertera Subaru and specifically John Barrows was a strong contender throughout my search. Over the course of a few weeks, John was consistently quick to reply and followed up in a way that felt genuine, never pushy.
