I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Bought a new 2025 outback with Dee 6 months ago and it was a lovely experience. We just completed the first 6 month service and the service team offered unprompted to cover the bill (so generous). We also had a couple family friends buy used cars here the last few months, and everyone has been treated fairly and professionally. :)
I would give less than a star if I could!! Just another company that takes advantage of people. I purchased a brand new Subaru Legacy from Bertera Subaru in 2019, the vehicle currently has ONLY 34,600 miles on it. During the past several years I constantly complained to the Service Department that I was having issues with the radio, i.e. unable to update, unable to change the time, time set to automatically update, and does not update, wireless features not working properly and each time I picked it up they were nice enough ... read more
