The service is great as well as the sales department. I test drove a couple newer vehicles while I was in for service. The Connecticut river is behind the dealership and I especially loved the chance to see a bald eagle flying while I was there this time.
Always bring my 2015 Subaru STI here and the staff is always friendly and repairs quickly and correctly. Love Alba as a service advisor and the techs always do a great job
This is my third Subaru- and second Subaru I’ve gotten from Bertera. I highly recommend talking to TJ if you’re shopping for a new car. I recently purchased my first brand new car, a 2026 crosstrek wilderness and he made the entire process stress free and easy. He’s very knowledgeable, but doesn’t overwhelm you. This was an amazing experience, and I will continue recommending TJ to everyone that compliments my new car! (Cause now everyone I’ve shown wants one lol) I’ve never been so happy in a vehicle, thanks TJ & Bertera.
