I have been a long time satisfied customer at Bertera since 2013. Recently we traded in our 2014 with 190,000 miles on it for a "newer" 2018 Forester for our son. Sandro was an awesome sales associate, guiding us through the process with professionalism and patience. He took the stress out of a complicated situation. Never felt rushed or pressured.
