First rate dealership. Went in for a basic 55K PM service and, as always, everything went great. Got a full report on the status of everything and the service people did not try to push for anything else to be done at this time. In and out in about an hour, everyone was cheerful and professional. Price was beyond reasonable as they gave me coupon pricing even though I did not bring any in. My experiences here have always been excellent.
We’ve been using Bertera Chevrolet since purchasing our 2020 Equinox at the dealership. We always experience friendly staff, competent work, and transparent pricing when having our vehicles serviced here.
This dealer couldn't even do me the service of taking my payment over the phone for a new key fob when I explained the to the service writer I live 45 minutes away and work 2 hours away. Expected me to come in person to order the part then come back for service when it shipped. Pretty much the opposite of customer service. I'll get my next truck somewhere else.
