Bought a car the car had a service bulletin for it was never told than part broke a couple weeks after the bulletin expired and had to pay 2,190.00to fix so I agreed my only vehicle I need it to get to and from work than when time to pick up car they said they had to fix a part that they never contacted me about and just replaces it. in order to get my car back I had to pay 2,800.00.
I had my car towed to the bertera dealership service department because it wouldn't start even with a jump from another vehicle. I got a call and they said that it was an internal problem with the battery and they replaced it. I have had this vehicle for three months, all of a sudden it has an error and dies after three months. i got to the bertera service department and found out that they charged me $272 for labor to change a battery that may have taken 20minutes.
