After speaking with a manager, I can say he claimed he was very understanding of the matter. But I find it ironic after I called, old reviews were being reposted to make them look good As someone who never complains about service, this will be the first. The sales team is great! Initially getting my car was a breeze. Well here we are about a year a half down the line and I brought it in to be serviced under my warranty. From the start there were issues left and right. I purchased my *** with McCluskey Chevrolet. I had to take my truck in and spend $1000 on new rotors. I got my truck back and every time I press the brakes it shook really bad. It took my truck back in and they said my rotors were warped and they put new rotors on with a warranty. I got my truck back again and the problem wasnt fixed every time I pressed the brakes. BUYER BEWARE! Never buying a used vehicle from Casey Toyota again. My husband and I purchased a used truck with a fresh inspection. We did see that the windshield wipers were bad before we left but brushed it off as a small thing (this can be verified by the salesman). Once we left, we heard an odd noise in the front that we knew wouldnt be covered under the motor/transmission warranty so we took it to the auto shop weve dealt with for years and fully trust. Run, don't walk away from this dealership's service department. See yelp for full review, but in a nutshell they failed to notify me for 32 days that my truck repairs had been completed. It was only upon me calling to check the status did they seem to remember they were to have shipped it back to me because it was a brand new truck that had broken down 5 hours from my home, and was under warranty with ****** total miles. I won't even go into how horrible they treated myself and the tow truck driver when we arrived. Seriously... read more

I purchased a Silverado from Atlantic Chevrolet Bayshore on June 27th, and experienced a serious transmission issue less than three weeks later. The initial response from the ****************** was appalling: a six-week appointment delay, no loaner car, and no offer to reimburse for a rental. On May 29,2025 I purchased a vehicle from Chevyland on 7500 Youree Drive in Shreveport, LA. Within 10 days of the purchase the check engine light came on and I took it to O’Reilly where they did a diagnostic report which showed the code P0420 (catalyst system efficiency below threshold). The code indicated a serious exhaust and catalytic defect. I immediately noticed the dealership staff on June 10, 2025 and provided the diagnostic report from O’Reilly showing the code. I just left McKlusky Chevrolet ,,,,(Fields Irtel area) My wife and I purchased Chevrolet ******from this same location After having work performed on my ***** , I returned because my alignment was now off..My wife recently had work performed on her *****and after the service she had a serious alignment issueThe response from Chevrolet was to return for a front end alignment (approx $200.00).******** Oil saved the day again .

Very poor service staff. Had a scheduled service appointment, staff never made 1st attempt to let me know what the delay was or expected time to have my vehicle looked at. 3 days go by, and they say they still need another 3 days to just look at it, even though I had a scheduled appointment for a simple diagnostic.
