Disappointing quality! Top back right hand corner of cabinet-you could see through it, clearly improperly aligned and fastened. Door panel had line of unstained wood showing. I was able to repair the poorly put together corner and will likely send time and money to match stain to fix the unstained line. Cheap Overpriced CRAP. Tons of screws all over the drawers, ugly. Tongue & groove not aligned. Sections are coming apart, Don't go near KBD, they push this garbage.
Avoid Bertsch. The quality of the staining is subpar. They are having to replace about 60% of my drawer fronts, and about 10% of the cabinet fronts. They’ve sent two fridge box panels that are the wrong size and style. And I’m still waiting for a decorative panel. I’ve been waiting 5 months for these replacements.
