I brought in some knives that were seriously overdue for sharpening. Service was fast and courteous. After picking them up I was slicing scallions for dinner that night--finally able to thinly slice instead of mashing and tearing with a dull knife. When he saw my work, my son said, "Dad, I finally respect you." Thank you, Bertarelli. Five stars.
