Great knife shop! Courteous owner and was very helpful with my selection, bought two knives, highly recommend this place for any pro or home chefs!
Should have listened to the other one star reviews. Knives "too thick to hand sharpen". Edge symmetry is absolutely trashed. Left burs on the knives. Took an absolute atrocious amount of metal off my knives. And did not call to confirm that I, the customer, was ok with having them sharpened on a wheel. zero stars dont waste your money. Update, called and talked to Robert Bertarelli himself, and asked why I was not called to confirm I was ok with wheel sharpening. Great service and quality merchandise. I just bought a Scanpan 12” non-stick frypan and it’s awesome - nice and heavy and holds the heat wonderfully. Thanks for the great deal on a great pan!!
