I went to Berta as my first experience trying on wedding dresses and I had multiple dress experiences after which did not compare. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Leah was my stylist, and I truly couldn't recommend her more. I've worked with many stylists over the years, but Leah was exceptional not just as a stylist but as a person as well. She never once pressured me into anything and somehow seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, even before I could put it into words. An absolute dream of an experience from the second we arrived at Berta. Leah was a true wedding dress Sherpa. I would have never tried on the dress I ended up selecting if Leah hadn’t walked me through how to truly understand and appreciate the experience. She described the dresses like characters in an intriguing novel that I didn’t want to put down. The dresses I chose I just magical and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. Without Leah’s support I would’ve never found the perfect dress for me.
I found my dream dress this weekend at BERTA NYC and had the most amazing experience! Loredana was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire appointment. She made the experience feel like dress shopping with a bestie. Berta for me is the best in wedding dresses. It has the perfect architecture and i personally Have the best attention with loredana. She was ultra profesional and she was with me sin e i made the apointment. It makes all the diferencie in the experience cause she knew me a little and was easier to make everything posible. I am fully sattisfied with Berta an the team.
