Berta was an absolute DREAM. The second I walked in I knew I would find my dress at Berta & I did!! The entire team + Allison (seamstress) went above and beyond to make my experience incredible. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

My experience at Berta, from start to finish, was fantastic. I only went to one store to try on dresses because I felt so confident in my decision. Leah helped me with the initial appointment, and I felt comfortable and at ease with her. Their custom measurements were great, and Allie was able to alter my dress to perfection with exactly what I wanted. I made the dress strapless with detachable sleeves for the ceremony. It fit like a glove, and I have never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day! Thank you Berta!

I recently purchased my dress from Berta NYC while in town from Florida. I visited 2 other boutiques but nothing compared to the service and care i received while at Berta with Leah! I ended up picking the first gown I tried on surround by my friends, family and champagne. Highly recommend booking an appointment here and ask for Leah.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Berta from beginning to end! Maddy and the rest of the staff were so warm, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process! The store itself is stunning, and the dresses are even more breathtaking. Although I didn't find "the one," I will always cherish the amazing experience I had. Highly recommend!!
