This was my first time shopping for dresses and Leah was a HUGE help! She listened to all of my feedback, but also helped guide me and educate my on the different style of dress! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole experience from start to finish so amazing, I would highly recommend her to anyone!! Thank you so much for the amazing experience Leah!!
I had an amazing experience at Berta, especially working with Loredana and Theresa. I went to many other stores but I couldn’t find the right fit/quality I was looking for, but at Berta all the dresses I tried on were amazing! I’m a petite girl and felt like the dresses were designed w my body in mind. So I said YES at Berta and am so grateful for the girls that worked with my budget to get me the dream dress that I also felt like myself in. Thank you!! Highly recommend.
Loredana made my experience so unforgettable. Her attention to detail is perfection. She treated me and my family like her own and she made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. Leah was absolutely amazing. Before my appointment, I was completely hopeless and expecting to leave there without a dress (because i am so picky) but LEAH WAS GREAT!!! We found my dream dress and I couldnt be happier. Theresa the manager is also such a dream to work with! The Berta Team is filled with very passionate people that make you feel heard & beautiful- without being too pushy and also VERY HONEST. I love this place and definitely recommend!! <33333
I absolutely LOVED my experience at Berta, with Leah in particular. She took the time to look at my Pinterest board and ended up suggesting a dress that I would never have chosen off the hanger, but hit all of the elements I was hoping for, and more. She was fun to work with and I didn't feel pressured at any point to make a rush decision, something that I cannot say about many of the showrooms I visited in NYC.
