She was VERY rude and dismissive, which made me feel rushed and uneasy. I started to dissociate from the conversation after noticing. So I just “agreed” and quickly got off the phone. I’ve had two doctors approve this medication for me and to continue the medication. I’ve already had two increases. She told me i don’t qualify which doesn’t make sense. Im convinced she's a racist. Strange comments about my appearance(my teeth) and my Pap smear felt pretty painful she also used her hand to look for lumps? it was a very uncomfortable experience. I don't remember anyone putting their hand in there the way she did.
