When we traded in one of our Toyotas. The wrong vehicle was taken off. When we noticed the mistake we went in person to have it fixed. Again a new statement and same thing. Wrong Toyota on our account. we will for the 3rd time tell them to fix it!
I didn't like to be handed off to a third party for my recent windshield replacement. The office called me later, and that same morning to make sure everything was okay. Don't like the way all insurance companies have raised their rates. To drive, we have to have it!
