I understand that businesses have the right to decline work, and in my case the shop chose not to take on my vehicle due to a prior experience. I brought my truck in for body work from my 2020 1500 Ram Lone Star edition. They did a great job on it repairs were excellent and in a timely manner. When I received my truck the driverside taillight and sensors quit working. So returned it now keep in my mind my truck had body work done from being hit 2 years before.
