We had an outstanding experience with Bert Hill and would highly recommend them! It’s not every day you get the Manager of Operations, Jon, to personally come along on a move and introduce himself, but I’m glad he did. His team—Andrew, Shawn, and Kasheef—were incredibly professional and efficient, making quick work of moving my heavy laser tattoo removal machines and large couches down two flights of stairs. First off, the best thing about working with this team was their responsiveness in communication. They always got back to me very quickly, even on weekends and outside businesses hours- and didn't leave me guessing about something that can cause a lot of stress when you need to move somewhere quickly. They were sympathetic with my circumstances and availability, and granted me a lot of accommodations that saved me extra trips and stress during my move.
