Following on from Evana’s previous review - Bert Farina Constructions you are well aware of the ongoing defects for the apartment block in Hyde Park, I too have dealt with many leaks and just poor craftmanship in general. Why did we need to ask a third party to fix these defects? Why are you acting like you dont know from Evanas photos exactly what is going on? Instead of acting like you are not aware of the situation, please do better to fix the damages.
Only giving 1 star as you can’t give a 0. Bought an apartment in 2022, its had major issues through the entire complex, from water leaks and flooding inside multiple apartments to just dodgy workmanship. Appalling!
