"Frank's" response is completely not true I was at the meeting with Bert. We were there out of concern. Never once did we ask for your financial information. That is a lie. We wanted to make sure that you were protected. Bert's response was cold and completely unprofessional. We do not want or need your money. 'Frank' you yelled and screamed in front of your 5 year old great niece. You hurt the people who were actually trying to help you.
