Went to berts for a quote on some body work.He took the time to look my vehicle over and told me he would e-mail a quote but it might take a day or two. After a week with no quote I called him and asked if he was still interested in doing work.He said yes and I would have a quote by the end of the day.Several days later still no quote. A complete waste of time for me. Not an ideal way to do business, all he had to say is he wasnt interested.Nice enough guy though.
