This gym has everything you’d ever need. Friendly environment and plenty of equipment and weights to get after it, and not ever crowded. I love this place
(PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!!!) I’m not the type to leave reviews and even the type of guy that lets things slide if i’ve been done wrong, but this is unacceptable!! I’ve been to multiple gyms in my life, and this by far the worst one. It’s not even comparable. Like you’ll see in multiple different reviews about the gym, it’s filthy! mold growing in multiple different areas so much that the gym has a weird smell to it! I love this place! I go every day at lunch when I’m at work. Friendly staff, great equipment, and clean. I highly recommend.
I love that 24 hours it works with my work schedule. The staff are really cool thought I lost my key messaged them they got rt back to me. Great experience so far.
Great equipment and Jay is an excellent trainer. Would recommend the 10 week strength program
