This practice is incredibly outdated and archaic when it comes to patient service. Something as basic as obtaining copies of your own medical records became an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating process. The office procedures seem stuck in the past and create needless obstacles for patients. The experience at the front desk made matters even worse. Excellent Doctor, but don't expect/need a referral or pre authorization for a procedure or medication. Won't happen. Waited forever to be told maybe somewhere else would be better. That's a month I could have been seen by someone who cares enough to complete and submit the necessary paperwork needed. Very disheartening experience.
