My wife checked in @ 1 o’clock. And verified two times in between then that she was in line And goes back up at 3:30 to ask where she’s at in line. They say you don’t have a spot in line even even though the lady verified that she checked in spoke to the lady to verify several times unless you’ve been a local for 20 years our your somebody’s cousin or brother or sister you don’t matter here they spend more time chitchatting at the counter than taking care of taxpayers and handling business in a professional manner

The best experience I have ever had at a DMV. An absolute breath of fresh air compared to Bentonville, where I moved from. The ladies are SO nice. I always get nervous going in thinking I won’t have everything I need. But they were so reassuring and helpful. 10/10 experience!
