They say you don’t have a spot in line even even though the lady verified that she checked in spoke to the lady to verify several times unless you’ve been a local for 20 years our your somebody’s cousin or brother or sister you don’t matter here they spend more time chitchatting at the counter than taking care of taxpayers and handling business in a professional manner
