RecommendedWonderful staff and great doctors. Been going there for quite a good while. Doctor Aiello and her staff are fantastic.
I have always had a great experience at Berryville Medical Associates! Dr. Aiello is an excellent doctor and cares about her patients. The Care Clinic is convenient too.

Went in for a checkup, appointment was at 10:30. I got there early, at 10. Was called in at 10.05. I thought wow that’s great. Was taken into the room. Blood pressure, weight and usual questions. Nurse left at 10:10. I sat there in a 8x8 room til 11 when I went to a window to inquire wether I was forgotten. I was told the dr. Had something come up. I just walked out. We have patients for over 14 years, they always provide excellent service and care. I have never experience any of the negative comments that others have stated in reviews and not sure if they are talking about the same place. But I would recommend Berryville Medical Associates to friends and family.
The offices are small and often unclean, with supply boxes and random materials left laying around. Appointments rarely start on time and wait times are long. Also, they close everyday from 12:00pm until 1:30pm for lunch, though the phone lines are often shut off before 12 and remain off until close to 2pm. The phone system does not allow messages to be left for any reason, including prescription refills, even when the office is only closed for lunch. Great staff from the front office to the Dr's. They care about the patient they don't leave you setting in the waiting room or the exam room for long periods of time. The Dr's listen to what you have to say. Highly recommend them.
From my experience, they are very much in to listening to ther patients. At this time I have no complaints of the care I have received.
