I've been with this clinic since 1991. Dr. Pfouts is the best vet I have EVER been fortunate enough to know. She treats my furbabies as if they were her own and she stays ahead of the game in her knowledge of the latest and greatest treatments and methods. Definitely NOT a 9-5 vet either. No clue what I would do if she ever gave up her practice. My furbabies wouldn't be happy either. Dr. Pfouts is above and beyond reproach.
If I could give zero stars, or negative stars I would. We brought our new puppy here, as a new client, after showing up on time, they informed me I was 30 minutes late, which I was not, nor did they call the day before to confirm the appointment. We then sat and waited before being told we could not be seen as the Dr had to be in court....
