I am giving this business 1 star since that is the only way to proceed with the review, but wish I could give them a big 0. Unprofessional that know how to take your money and run. We gave them a deposit of $3,150.00 in February and after many attempts NOTHING yet. The only way that they returned at the beginning any calls, texts, emails was after the legal action word was brought up. I signed a contract on 1/31/17 and they came installed the sign 3 weeks later that quicker than expected. But the sign is very dark by night and called them the day after installation. I asked them to put more LED lights inside the sign and first they wanted to charge me more for that supposed to be a lighted sign ! Then change their mind and planed to add for free. Make sure you check this guys business out before you hire him. Makes verbal promises and doesn't come through. Unbelievably rude to the customer. Don't trust this guy. Made verbal promises, then installed sign and didn't hook up the electric to light it. All of this was discussed ahead of time. I withheld a small amount until they hooked up the sign, he threatened to come in the middle of the night and take my sign back down (after I had to pay an electrictian to finish the job). Is there a way to give negative stars?
I want to start out by saying that our company has used Jay Berry for numerous sign projects throughout Florida. We have never had any issues until summer 2017. Jay Berry started to not return our calls. This resulted in missing a huge deadline in one of our stores. He finally opened the lines of communication and finished the job very late!
