Berry's Garage lost the top engine cover during repair and will not replace it or compensate me for its loss. I had a timing belt and water pump replaced at Berry's garage. When I next checked the oil after I had picked the car up, I noticed that the top engine cover, a part measuring over one-foot square that sits on top of the engine, was missing. I've been getting my cars repaired at Berry's for years. I was a customer when Dale owned the shop and I remain a customer of Duke's. I feel that they treat me very well, fix the problem and don't try to take all your money while they are doing it. I have tried other local repair shops and always return to Berry's. If it's something they can't manage, they will refer you to another garage (my daughter's Saab). Great customer service and reasonable prices.
they are honest and good prices.. they do not try to sell you something you do not need.
