I got my braces on when I was a freshman in high school and had to tell them to take them off when I was almost a sophomore in college. After my top gap closed nothing changed and they kept my braces on for like a year and nothing moved. I got my braces off just to have my gap to keep opening up NOT on my own accord. Come to find out from another orthodontist they were supposed to move my bottom row so my bottom teeth don’t touch my top teeth, but they never did and now every time I chew my gap comes back. My kids had a great experience. The dental assistant Angela that worked with us was absolutely amazing! She made sure my son was comfortable and talked him through everything she was doing to ease his anxiety. She had a great energy and aura. Dr. Berry was also amazing. My other son met with another DR and assistant (I forgot their names. My apologies). They were just as wonderful. Today was my first day at this dentist for my son. The experience itself was wonderful, checking in was a breeze and we met Dr Kennedy who was wonderful as well. When I was leaving I had a bad experience. The receptionist sitting on the right corner had a major attitude, I went up to her to ask something and she immediately SIGHED like I was disturbing her life.
