I brought my one-and-a-half-year-old to Berry Pediatric Dentistry for a second opinion on a possible lip tie after being referred by our primary dentist. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:20 a.m. — right at opening — so there was no reason the office should have already been running behind. Despite arriving on time, we waited for over an hour and ultimately left without being seen. My son loves it here! The staff is so kind from the moment you walk in until you walk out the door!
My son has spent 10+ years visiting with this dentist. We had a cleaning with xrays two weeks ago and we're told he has 6 cavities that need filling. I went immediately to a new dentist for a second opinion and after xrays; I was informed he has 0 cavities and that some dentist treat all patients the same doing preventive procedures assuming that the patient will eventually get a cavity on a tooth that looks suspect. Some issues can be reversed with proper brushing and flossing. I am beyond disappointed with this information... read more
