When my kids first started going to this dentist a few years ago, before Covid, i was very impressed and i loved It here. But now, sadly i can’t say that i love It here anymore. It has gone downhill. Appointments are booked up far out, some of the staff is rude, if they make a mistake no apology or accountability. My daughter was left in the room for 2hrs all because someone clicked her appointment was “complete”. I already pulled one of my kids away from here, thinking about doing the same for my other daughter.
They take forever to schedule you for dental work more than 3 months.they dont care about your kids they just care about charging your insurance. They are rude, they take forever to call you to the back because they are talking amongs them self bad about patients. Takes you about 2.5 hours to get out just for a simple cleaning. Worst dentist office ever . Go else where. If you dont want bad experience.
