I had to pay $650 to a guy name Lewis for a boiler clean out. The base pay that was told to me. Which is an over charge if you ask me. The base pay to clean out a boiler should have been $325 or less. Just to clean out loose brick dust and soot. Then after that the repairman ordered two parts? The Gas valve and a new module panel, which was covered by HomeServe. One of the parts belong to the boiler which was the gas valve? Louis is awesome..we were without heat,using space heaters. We contacted Louis , he was busy but got to us quickly.. assessed the issue, gave us a fair estimate and did a great job...so grateful and would recommend them and call them again when needed.
