I saw Dr. Berryhill for a new patient appointment. Even from the scheduling I had a wonderful experience. They were able to get me in quickly and were very friendly on the phone. Their intake is super quick and easy. Bree helping in the front desk was very kind, patient and had a great smile when she checked me in. Melissa was very thorough in getting me prepped to see the doctor and did a complete history and explained everything. Dr. Beryhill was so kind and explained every option I had. Dr. Berryhill is the best gyn doctor I've ever had.. he truly cares and has wonderful bed side manner!
Even though things did not turn out the way I wanted, he did his best for me, listened to my concerns. Went above and beyond and understood me. The first time my husband and I met Dr. Lyn we liked her. She told us all about HER past. I had to wait a long time for appointments. I had an ultra sound that was canceled. That never happened with my first pregnancy. With my first baby they throughly checked the baby every time. But the end of everything I feel I knew much more about her than she knew about me. She never took to the time to get to know or understand ME or what I was going through.
