In October, 2009 I purchased 4 tires. Over the course of the past year, I have had two tire rotations and not one word was said to me about any abnormal tread wear. After the last rotation, they either just did not tighten or never put on the 5th lug nut. When I saw the missing lug nut, I was at work & took it to a shop closer to my current location.
