As a small business, this was an expensive and somewhat an overwhelmed experience in getting my car worked on there after an emergency roadside call-out that had to be conducted. As part of the Berry Springs Community, I am very disappointed and overwhelmed with the lack of communication, the extent of work that was supposed to have taken place, the price for the work as stated on the Invoice, including a lack of experience in diagnosing the fault, as indicated on the invoice.
