I took my 2 year-old Suzuki swift to Berry Smash Repairs on 10 January this year after someone crashed into the rear of my vehicle. I wasn’t updated on the progress of the repairs at all. I contacted them in April checking up and was told it would be done by the end of the week. 3 weeks later and still no contact, so I rang again and they said it’s ready they just have to do a bit of a touch up. What a bunch of crooks!! we had one of our vehicles being repaired by Berry Smash Repair for a few weeks (Dodge Ram), as we were hit by a kangaroo. After the incident we decided during the repairs we should have a bull bar installed to help protect ourselves from kangaroos the guys from Berry Smash repairs said whilst they are making the repairs to the ram they will organise to have it delivered to Nowra 4wd and outdoor products to have the bull bar and some other components fitted.
