Bad customer service !!! – I have used Berry pro camera repair twice...the first time I went there I got two different estimates for the same repair (with in a week of each other).. I dropped a lens off for repair...which was to take 1 week,...2 1/2 months later..they NEVER fixed the lens..but did NOT call me to let me know they were " waiting " for a part.to come in...how long should it take to get a part in?? The Manager, Gi, should have informed me of the status of my repair...they had my deposit, my phone number...etc.. ... read more
