If I could do ZERO stars, I would. I ordered an EGR kit with full exhaust form them. Invoice was paid, including shipping, in full up front. Waited 6 weeks for the parts, with no communication from them. Fast forward two weeks after receiving the parts, I receive a bill from FedEx for $67.00 for shipping for the EGR kit. I was told by Zach to pay it (I have a screenshots of the conversation), they will reimburse me. Again, no communication, I've tried to call him and Kevin (the owner) left voicemails, texts read and ignored.... read more
Kevin was great answering all my questions. My F-250 6.7 powerstroke runs so smooth & strong when towing. It's great to have great people in your corner when making big decisions on your truck......
