Arrived as a non-local at 5.15pm (centre closes at 5.30pm) with a very painful knee. Reception team, nurse, and Doctor were universally helpful and empathetic. I left with a likely diagnosis, pain medication, scan referral slip, and clear instructions. Full marks for fabulous service!
Pete is a very pleasant gentleman who was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I would not rate my intake visit with Grace highly. I had not expected to enjoy it but it felt uncomfortable/rushed/impersonal and at points downright condescending. By the end I felt as if I were being rushed out the door - just another number between work-time and home-time. I bent over backwards to get to the clinic because the model looked so great (similar to healthcare I have had in another province - multi-disciplinary approach). I will not return. Really impressed by this practice. Having a nurse consultation and vitals taken prior to the doctor appointment was really good too.
