After having a large tile shower that was beautiful for 25 years and was very costly to have it built we discovered that apparently it had been leaking through the walls and floor from the day it was put in, resulting in the walls had rotted away inside and even the sheetrock had melted away on the adjoining wall leaving only the wallpaper remaining.
