Terrific service and excellent job! We enjoyed working with Berry and will do so again. Everyone we worked with, including the owner, was very kind and explained the process very well. We even had an issue with something and the manager in charge of cutting our granite was super on top of making sure that we were well taken care of and that our granite looked its best. Go with Berry- you will be happy you did!
They broke a shower panel, scratched up another shower panel, took them 5 or 6 trips before they had things measured correctly, left a bunch of shoe streaks all over my floor, adhesive was left on the floor and parts of the shower, poor communication skills, they drove off the paved drive on top of my sprinkler heads in the yard. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again. If you are going to charge as much for marble and quartz as you do, make sure the workmanship matches. Go to Ashcraft.
