Generally, a nice stay! They charged us $100 extra (per night!) for our 6 week old baby, which we thought was a bit excessive.

Had the loveliest week here, and would absolutely stay again. There is warmth and charm to every detail of the place, and everyone there was exceptionally kind (I wish I'd had more time just to chat with Mary in the kitchen!).

We had no idea what to expect when it came to visiting Maine and Berry Manor Inn was a true highlight of our trip. After three nights, it felt like our home. Mary was absolutely amazing, the pie!, the incredible breakfasts every morning, puzzles, DVDs (so fun and nostalgic). Exceeded expectations is an understatement. We had our 15 month old with us and she absolutely loved it. It was seriously the best place we have ever stayed!

The place is beautiful and central to all of the fabulous activities Rockland has to offer. The breakfast was good, the decor was fantastic, and the amenities were more than I’ve experienced at any other B&B! The absolute highlight of our trip was the innkeeper, Mary (and her precious cat CeCe). She was so friendly and accommodating, a truly wonderful lady with a big heart that I’ll remember forever!!!

A beautiful historic building turned into a B&B. Perfect location. The Inn has beautiful rooms, a lovely front porch that was perfect for a morning coffee or nightcap. The breakfast each morning was perfectly cooked and served. Mary who is the Innkeeper is delightful. You can feel her love for the Inn and for the guests with every interaction. Highly recommend.
