I never had the chance to try out her service and her work looks amazing online. The main issue is — her professionalism and customer service needs to improve. I absolutely adore Brittany. She means extremely well, and she's a boss lady for starting her won business with no help from anyone. I think people tend to forget that she doesn't have an assistant or secretary, so on top of running a house hold, making appointments, and offering lash services / microblading, she has to keep up with the hundreds of inquiries that she gets per day. Absolutely will never try to book a lash appointment again. This is the second time my appointment got canceled. Brittany is inconsiderate, unprofessional - not polite in my opinion, inflexible after I told her I had an event she totally didn’t care, not accommodating at all, she gave me the options of rescheduling on Monday when my event was Saturday evening.
