Hands down, the most fabulous hair appointment I’ve ever had! My hair may look fine, but there’s a lot of and Lexie handled it like an absolute pro. I had a full head of foils and a trim, and she was incredibly thorough, with a meticulous eye for detail, completely nailing the brief. Then came the wash room… and wow! Felt instantly at ease during the consultation with Ash. Her presence is calming and grounded and she simply “gets it”. I’ve had so much trouble in Cairns with hairdressers it was so relieving to be able to receive exactly what I asked for and have my uneven butchered locks brought back into precision. Thank you Ash for making something that’s been so unnecessarily difficult ~ simple and easy again!
