This company is horrible to work with. Had insulation work done on my house, and they did a lot of damage to my siding ie nailed straight though my aluminum siding. Had their auditor and owner come out, and they had zero solutions to fix my problem. Their solution was to either make a band aid fix or put more nails in my siding.
Berry insulation has the worst customer service. I called and setup an appointment for install back in October to have the install the Monday after Thanksgiving. They promised they would have the product for install. Two weeks before install i called 3 times and the secretary kept telling me they would have their boss call back. I spoke to the salesman Kevin several times and the owner Martin said they were all setup. The week before installation I called on Monday and the boss wasn't available to confirm. Very poor workmanship. I got a new roof put on and even cleveland housing court laughed at the job they did and ordered it redone. 2 years later and still no repair. hoping this letter may help get the ball rolling.The owner is rude and arrogant.and the person answering the phone is no better
