Fantastic experience. The entire team was very personable, timely, and informative. They explained everything throughout the appointment from insurance coverage to preventative care to same day treatment options. This was the best dental experience I've had, and I will definately be back.
I had such a lovely first visit and cleaning at this dental office. Every single individual working here was patient, delightful, and highly professional. I appreciated Dr. Lott and Lexi really taking their time to explain and educate me on the various dental processes they were doing. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful sun-soaked office to continue my dental care plan.
I will give the providers a 5 and the office manager/accounting a 2. I paid my balance each visit at time of completion, only to get an email that said I had a “balance.” I called Josh to see how that was possible and he stated that “he was sorry, he assumed my deductible was $500.” I called several times to settle the balance and got multiple excuses on why the management forgot to call me back. Then got sent to collections and was told there was nothing they could do at that point…

My husband & I love the team here! Dr. Lott and Simret (and the front desk and xray tech I can’t recall their names) are always so warm and welcoming + informative. 10/10 recommend becoming a patient!
