Had a pick up last Friday to Utah, but due to smell inside the trailer wasn’t able to get loaded, the lady at the shipping office rescheduled to Saturday morning, so I had some time to go and get the washout, trailer was still wet in the AM, but they helped me with fans to dry it. Great people, very helpful, great experience, thank you very much!
Late for my appointment 20 minutes. After 6 hrs still in dock waiting to get loaded on a Friday afternoon. The punishment is not fit with the crime. Try to explain that to a woman talking to you facing the opposite direction. Better drop the load if you run late and deadhead to OH for 80 miles. At least you don't lose your day without pay or without detention. Being at the mercy of anybody who doesn't care about you is not a wonderful feeling. I will never pick up from here ever again.
The lady on counter she is very rude my appointment was 12 clock i be here 11 cock when I ask to her please tell me how long her taking to way very rude she have only one answer I don’t know i don’t know why then she is here go home
Bad reviews had me stressed out but my experience picking up here was good. I checked in at 1PM on a 2PM appointment. It seems they are very strict about appointments but they let me go ahead and back into a dock. They warned me that they would not start loading until after 2PM. Loading was done by 4PM. They called me in to sign papers and I was back on the road. I don't have any complaints about this warehouse
Read the reviews before coming to scope out parking for today. From what I have experienced thus far upon visiting some of the reviewers should be ashamed of yourselves. Attitude and manners go a long way if you walked into shipping and receiving like you were a salesman for your company you would be treated with kindness.
