This is the worst builder ever! Do not build your home with them. Their houses look good but the built of them is horrible, from plumbing to their roofs it is horrible. My kitchen cabinets are broken in the first 2 years! Toilets always overflowing, mold in the walls, tiles cracked, walls crooked. Need I say more. I called them for 3 years and all my calls were ignored! They dont care once you pay! Beware!!!!!
I think it is sad that Berry Construction does not GIVE a little bit more back to the community that has made this company the company it is today. Berry Construction owns half of Madera, but I had a very disturbing encounter when asking for a small donation for one of the only two high schools here in Madera. To give back to the community. unreliable builder, my investment property house was defective and i informed berry construction about it but they gave me a run around. Now my renter have no choice but to move out. And lost me alot now it will be foreclosed.thanks berry!!!!!
