I want to share my amazing experience with Berry boats. I ordered a new prop but the supplier sent the wrong one. Dianne , Aaron & the Staff called the supplier and shared their dissatisfaction with them, but they were determined to get me out boating that day so they found a used prop the fit my motor and gave it to me for free to get me going until the new one came in!! Thank you for the amazing experience and you now have a new customer for life!!
What a piece of rude work that owner is. My wife was asking about ride in mowers, and it all started. “Those are sold!” In the rudest way when my wife asked if the product was a cub cadet. It went on and my wife decided we were not going to spend a penny in that place. Having grown up as a young lad in Kagawong I knew the husband ran things, but he passed. If I could leave lower than a one star I would they have had my quad since November last year and one can't figure out what wrong with it when I bought it from them..... Two literally almost a year no msgs no calls nothing everytime I call or msg oh we are to busy to get to it ...... NEVER BUY A QUAD HERE .. it was great when Oliver was alive... Now bunch of kids that know NOTHING WORKING THERE... waist of time and money.. which i am not paying
