The no money down they're advertising is only for Chapter 13... Although it says 7 & 13 on the website.. Now they're responding and telling a bold face lie. I specifically talked to this guy and directly was told COURT COST, filling fees, all has to be psid UPFRONT. I LITERALLY read the guys advertising back to him and he started "that's only for Chapter 13", end quote. Once the attorneys start preying on potential customers and the public, we're in real trouble.
Top-notch firm. Kelly Thomas is an awesome attorney, and the entire staff have always been: pleasant, polite, and positive.
