Do not order flowers from here,go to Berrima flowers it takes you to Petals website. No flowers arrived, no notification. Berrima flowers claims she has no idea. I have ordered from her previously. Ring the 1800 Petals number and she says they are being delivered to a school address at 4.20 pm. She sounds vague and nobody is home. Claims I will receive a refund. Unbelievable do not use this florist!

Do not use these guys !!! Ordered flowers online for delivery in Berrima day prior did not deliver and two days later received a text message stating they tried to call me (no missed calls on my phone) as could not make delivery as had no native flowers. Tried calling the store phone does not answer - then called 1800 number had to wait over 10 minutes to speak to someone.Could not get a valid response. Only good thing was I got a refund and I went else where, but the effect of sending flowers totally lost. Very disappointin... read more
