Maniac drivers. Their truck was parked in the middle of the road. It wasn't half way through a manouevre, or a reversing out, as they would like to suggest. They had it parked in the MIDDLE of a thoroughfare. I attempted to pass to the right of their vehicle. The driver saw me, and ambled the truck in front of me in a sideswiping manoeuvre, knowing full well I was attempting to pass.
