I found the staff at the front desk to be amazing. However, I can’t begin to explain the absolute lack of compassion, empathy or care from the doctor I saw; Dr James Ryan. My pain was so intense that I had been unable to walk and I was actually booked in to have a hip replacement in 8 weeks. This was just before Christmas time last year. Reported Dr Sarah to AHPRA for refusing to order me any testing despite presenting myself with hypersensitive lungs and neuroimmune symptoms. Refused to order me a simple sputum test. She refused to accept my previous testing done which showed an active infection due to it being done over a year ago but wouldn’t order me any new testing either.
Excellent Drs and staff all round, friendly kind and caring establishment. Highly Recommend
I saw Dr Patricia for a mental health appointment. She was thorough and asked me more questions than any doctor ever has. Her approach was very empathetic and she provided a lot of validation and reassurance. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I would also recommend her to anyone with mental health concerns
