Always running late. You would think when you arrive and they are running 40 minutes behind schedule it would be common courtesy to advise the patient on arrival. Not for this practise, always left waiting between 20 - 45 minutes no matter what time if they day you book. Maybe advise via text message before people arrive or at least have the common courtesy to advise on arrival
I cannot speak highly enough of this Practice👍🏻 The compassion and care given by Dr Flynn, the nurses ... particularly Helen and the Reception ladies including Kenlee and Taryn is exceptional 🙏🏻
Dr Shakir is the best GP, he is very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough. He makes the patient feel that they are in best hands. I have been seeing Dr Shakir for over 10 years now.
Very rude receptionist.Not professional at all.very disrespectful.
