Super nice people
Shaun Berriers and his crew excel in their workmanship. The man has integrity and stands by his work. I know this from personal experience. It's hard to find honest people that do the right thing when an issue pops up. I would highly recommend him for any problem you might have in your home.
I hired Shaun to do a home inspection. He was very responsive before and immediately after our inspection. Shaun found several defects and advised that he could perform all repairs at what was a very reasonable amount. Based on his word that amount was deducted from the total closing cost. After closing I contacted Shaun several times by email and phone to schedule the repairs.
