The people are friendly but follow-up is an issue. Initially I called to get help shopping for car insurance. No one was available to speak, so she took my info and said I'd get called back. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day and was able to speak to someone. They took all my info, and I received an email quote the next day. Since it was roughly 40% higher than my current policy, I replied and inquired as to the reason for that. They didn't reply.
